"We recently had our kitchen cabinets painted by Duke's painting and were extremely pleased with the results! When we called, Marty came to look at the house and gave us an estimate by that evening. His pricing was very competitive (one of the reasons we chose him). He painted our kitchen cabinets, kitchen trim, bathroom cabinets, and installed knobs & drawer pulls on all. It was a tough job and in all it took him about 1 week. "I noticed some of the bottom row of siding had rotted and was concerned about water damage. After reading previous reviews on Dukes Painting I decided to set up an appointment to get an estimate. Marty arrived promptly at the time scheduled and gave me detailed information as to what would need to be done. I was pleased with his proposal and he was able to start work soon after I accepted. He arrived promptly and began by tearing off the old siding and showing me that there was no damage underneath the siding. He replaced the boards with quality siding and finished out the trim work. Once the repairs were done he took some of paint that was on the house and had it matched with an excellent brand of paint. Then he caulked all places that needed to be caulked, even those areas he hadn't worked on, primed and painted new boards and trim. I was extremely pleased with not only how well the paint matched but how neat his job was, as well as his cleanup. The only thing I had to do after he left was admire how great he made my house look. I was apprehensive about hiring a contractor for this job but now that I've met Marty I would recommend his work to anyone. I want to have some interior painting done in the next few months and I will definitely call Marty for the job."
