Offer Details:
Walls only: Does not include trim, baseboard, or ceiling.
Rooms up to 14' x 14'. 9 foot ceilings max. Larger rooms will be pro-rated. Please call for an estimate.
Does not include paint: Paint is an additional charge. We can provide the paint for you using our contractor discount, or you can purchase the paint yourself. However, we only use top quality products so we ask that you stick to Sherwin Williams Products.
Must Use Sherwin Williams Promar 400, Promar 200, or Duration Home Paint:
- Promar 400 - Lowest grade available. Economical but still good quality (our price : $24.97 / Gal)
- Promar 200 - Standard grade paint. Great value for a good paint. (our price : 27.94 / Gal)
-Duration Home - Highest grade paint available. Long lasting and looks great. (our price : 49.09 / Gal)
Includes standard preparation: Fill all nail holes, caulk small cracks, sand walls. Does not include any major repairs, i.e. filling large holes or cracks. Extensive repairs will incur an extra expense.
Customer Prep Responsibilities: Client must remove all pictures and hanging items from walls. All Nic Nacs or breakables must be removed before we begin work. Client is responsible for moving furniture at least 3 feet away from all walls. Carpet or flooring must be vacuumed to reduce dust and debris. If you need our help moving anything, please let us know and we will try to make arrangements to help. There may be an additional charge.
Client Review: We are offering a great deal and would like a few minutes of your time in return. Upon completion of our work we would ask you to write a short review for us. If you are happy, let us know, if not, we want to know so we can improve.

Q: What about the color? How Should I pick it?
A: The easiest way is to visit your local Sherwin Williams and choose a color from their selection. They have an easy online color visualization tool on their website. www.Sherwin-Williams.com. You can also choose any color from any other manufacturer. Just let us know the color number beforehand and we can have it matched. There will be an additional $25 charge for this type of color matching. If you would like to match the current color of your walls, let us know. We can take a same into the store and have it matched. There is a $75 charge for this service as it generally takes a while to complete.
Q: How is the job scheduled?
A: We will get in contact with you via email or phone after you make your purchase. We will work together to find a time that works well for our schedules. We work Mon - Friday 8AM - 5PM. It generally takes 4 hours to complete one room.
Q: What about touch ups?
A: We are more than happy to fix any defects that are our fault. Just call or email and we will be right out to fix it up. We stand behind our work 100%.
Q: What if I want more work done?
A: Not a problem. Just let us know and we will give you a written estimate for any additional work.
Q: Do I have to pay for brushes? Rollers? Will there be any additional charges?
A: No, Tools and sundries are included in the price. There won't be any secret charges and we won't try to pull anything over your head. We charge a fair price for a great job and our reputation stands for itself. However, if we arrive and the scope of work is greater than expected, we will work with you to get a fair price for the work you want to have completed.
Q: Do I need to be home while you are working?
A: It is up to you. A lot of our clients trust us to be in their homes while they go to work. You will have to be available at the completion of the job to make sure everything is satisfactory.
